HVAC Installer / Service Technician
We are seeking a Remote HVAC Installer / Service Technician Support Specialist to reputed company expert technical assistance, troubleshooting, and service coordination for HVAC systems from a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide field teams and customers to effective solutions without being physically present onsite.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with computers, HVAC diagnostic tools, and CRM or service management software.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated remote work environment.
Preferred:
- EPA 608 Certification (or equivalent).
- Prior experience supporting technicians remotely.
- Customer service experience.
