Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer (Job number: 1487)

About the position We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer for our federal team. This role is primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of electronic and integrated reputed company system reputed company (reputed company controls, intrusion detection, video management systems, etc) for reputed company at U.S. military and other federal government sites, primarily around the National Capital Region (DC, MD, VA), but may help support some other project sites in the region at times also. This is a hybrid role with some travel as needed. Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers on large and/or service order reputed company as reputed company as general office administrative duties. May help support the execution of small, assigned reputed company.
• Assist in the selection, ordering, tracking, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for assigned reputed company and general office needs.
• May assist with developing project schedules
• Assists in the evaluation of contractual scopes of work and the reputed company of reputed company issued bulletins, field directives and / or scheduling changes.
• Assists with management of costs, billings and collections.
• Assists with project billings in a reputed company and accurate format to the reputed company.
• Reviews and interprets contract Terms and Conditions. Escalates issues and concerns to higher level Project Management.
• Analyzes financial reporting systems and project schedules to proactively address potential problems. Effectively communicates project reputed company, issues and financial status to management as required.
• Manages risks and establishes project recovery plans reputed company required. Escalates disputes as needed.
• Assists with preparing and issuing subcontracts.
• Supports project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes and installation techniques.
• Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with customers, consultants, reputed company contractors and subcontractors. Attends job reputed company meetings as required.
• Ensures subcontractors understand expectations of the project.
• Coordinates with the Project Manager and/or service team members for allocation of resources needed to meet project objectives.
• Assists Project Manager and / or sales in project development efforts. Assists to reputed company cost estimates and sub-contractor scope documents and solicitations for bids.
• Coordinates customer-training requirements
• Maintains adherence to JCFS safety standards and ensuring that required documentation is up-to-date and reputed company for monthly audits
• Completion of field verification work for daily log updates and daily safety compliance reports

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Position requires in person and over the phone interactions with customers
• Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience
• Strong personal computer working capabilities with an emphasis on reputed company reputed company.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required government reputed company clearances as needed. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit reputed company.)

• Experience working with reputed company or industrial Electronic reputed company Systems (reputed company), Telecommunications, or other low voltage systems
• Proficient in Project Management software, including reputed company Project
• Technical competency reviewing engineering drawings for accuracy (redlines, as-builts, etc)
• Experience working with ordering and tracking of parts
• Experience supporting maintenance or construction reputed company teams
• Experience working with project financials
• Experience reading and interpreting government reputed company and government procurement standards
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work reputed company experience
• PgMP, PMI or PMP certification preferred
• Industry Electronic/Integrated reputed company System certification, licenses, and/or training (Softwarehouse C-reputed company 9000, Lenel, reputed company BVMS, Vindicator, etc)
