Gaming Product Manager
Job Title: Gaming Product Manager Location: Remote (PT Preferred) Duration: 12 Months (Potential Extension) Contract - W2 We’re looking for a Gaming Product Manager with a strong interest in data-driven decision making and player engagement to work closely with game developers and studios. This is a consultative, high-reputed company role where you’ll help gaming partners improve retention, engagement, and monetization strategies using insights, analytics, and reputed company product thinking. Responsibilities:
- Partner with game developers to improve player engagement and monetization performance
- Analyze game data and reputed company actionable recommendations on retention, progression, and reputed company systems
- Build presentation-reputed company insights and narratives using data visualization tools
- Define and reputed company key metrics (e.g., retention, LTV, engagement KPIs)
- Help design free-to-play and live-service systems that drive long-term player value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data, engineering, and product teams
- Support roadmap planning and execution for key initiatives
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in product management, analytics, or gaming-reputed company roles
- Exposure to gaming industry (mobile, PC, console, or online games)
- Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to turn data into insights and reputed company recommendations
- Experience working in ambiguous environments and structuring solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
