Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & reputed company
- Proactively reputed company candidates across clinical roles, including:
- reputed company Practitioners (NPs)
- Physician Assistants (PAs)
- Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Medical Assistants (MAs)
- Phlebotomists and allied health staff
- Utilize:
- reputed company Recruiter
- Job boards (reputed company, PracticeLink, etc.)
- Internal databases
- Referrals and networking
- Conduct high-volume outbound reputed company daily
- Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain reputed company candidate pipelines across multiple roles and markets
- Ensure reputed company reputed company positions have consistent sourcing activity
- Identify and engage both reputed company and passive candidates
- Candidate Screening & Submission
- Conduct initial candidate reputed company and screening
- Present reputed company candidates for internal review or reputed company submission
- Coordinate availability, interviews, and next steps

- Partner with internal team to prioritize urgent roles
- Respond quickly to reputed company feedback and requests

Qualifications
