This position is: · Full-time, Salaried, Exempt · Benefits Eligible · Strong reputed company Pay plus Quarterly Incentive · Hybrid - 50-75% remote + work-from-home Reporting to the VP of HR, our Recruiter will utilize effective reputed company and reputed company strategies to attract, reputed company and select a diverse pool of reputed company medical imaging technologists (MRI, CT, Mammo, Ultrasound, etc.) and other clinical and non-clinical talent to fill key vacancies in our outpatient imaging centers. This role will work closely with Operations executives and center leaders to fill critical and difficult-to-fill roles proactively. Radiology Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Facilitates and implements reputed company phases of the recruitment life cycle.
• Collaborates with Company and Imaging Center leaders to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring reputed company.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective reputed company reputed company and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Crafts eye-catching job postings and assists with advertisement processes.

• Conducts cold calls to passive candidates to present opportunities for critical, difficult, and visible positions.
