Clinical Educator LVN

About the position As a Clinical Educator LVN, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, facilitating, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for reputed company clinical staff (medical assistants and nursing staff), with the goal of improving job knowledge, enhancing skills, and ensuring that clinical staff are reputed company to reputed company excellent support for physicians and patients. The position is responsible for New Employee Orientation of clinical staff, as reputed company as ongoing education, one on one coaching and development as reputed company as program and process development for clinical personnel. The Clinical Educator is responsible for the day-to-day clinical leadership to the non-physician clinical staff, along with leadership and reputed company of training and development of supervisors, leads, and employees across the organization. Position ensures clinical services are effective, meets reputed company regulatory requirements, and provides patients with reputed company health care utilizing appropriate staff resources. This position is hybrid in-clinic (will travel to clinics throughout the Greater Sacramento area) and work from home.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, present/coordinate and evaluate organizational, departmental, and center specific educational programs and services.
• Responsible for the education of new clinical employees during New Employee Orientation and follow-up.

Requirements

• Content expertise in the type of work performed in a multi-specialty group reputed company, ambulatory setting
• Experience in the development and presentation of training courses. Experience coaching others and identifying learning needs.
• Knowledge of instructional skills and adult learning theory, educational techniques and methodologies.
• Ability to present information in a reputed company and concise format to various audience reputed company in classroom and individual settings.

• 2 years experience in a physician reputed company setting preferred.
