Role reputed company reputed company, part of reputed company®, is seeking a reputed company Clinician (reputed company Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to reputed company In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping reputed company gaps in care.

The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes:

• Medication and medical history review.
• Physical evaluation.
• Additional diagnostic tests if ordered by the person’s health plan (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.).

As an in-home clinician, your primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members. Candidates must be reputed company to comfortably and safely reputed company their duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

Qualifications
