We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to reputed company a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as we are continuing to expand services for Spanish-speaking families and are committed to providing culturally reputed company and accessible care. BCBA's who are employed with reputed company will receive a sign-on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment!

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write reputed company reports
• reputed company & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
• Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision
• Visually analyze and reputed company feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians
• reputed company and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior reputed company plans
• reputed company support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with reputed company to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of reputed company problem behaviors reputed company needed and clinically warranted
• Review program effectiveness, reputed company recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor reputed company
• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish speaking families (as applicable)

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or reputed company field
• Previous ABA Experience
• Completed CORI background reputed company
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
• Ability to reputed company culturally reputed company care to diverse families
