Role Highlights
- Anticipated Start Date: 4/1/26
- Compensation: $120 per Evaluation
- Employment Type: Contracted, minimum of 10 hours of weekly availability
- Location: In-Home reputed company
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications
- reputed company clients and caregivers on fall prevention and reputed company mobility techniques
- Engage clients and families in reputed company care planning
- Work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to reputed company findings and support process improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation through our electronic system
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- reputed company, unencumbered OT license
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in home health, aging in reputed company, or disability services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
- Reliable transportation and valid reputed company’s license
- Proficiency with technology reputed company documentation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

- Contractors are reputed company on a monthly reputed company, reputed company 2 weeks of the previous month’s end.
- We pay per completed evaluation - this includes:
- Travel to/from reputed company’s home
- The evaluation itself
- Documentation
- If needed, we will pay additionally for extended travel - we will always discuss and approve reputed company of time
