We are seeking a Director, Field Readiness - Behavioral Health to own and reputed company Intercare reputed company, our new hire training experience for Behavior Interventionists (BIs), mid level supervisors (Program Managers), and BCBA’s (Clinical Supervisors) This is not a traditional L&D role. This leader will wrap their arms around the full Behavioral Health new hire reputed company — from offer acceptance through field clearance — ensuring every clinician enters the field confident, capable, and reputed company to serve children and families. The Director is responsible for translating clinical standards, operational priorities, and reputed company performance data into reputed company experiences that accelerate field readiness, early-tenure performance, and first-year retention. You will ensure reputed company is not just informative — but transformative. Design a readiness experience that mirrors the field. Our clinical teams work in dynamic, relationship-driven environments. Training should reflect that. You will:

• Strengthen the in-center experience as a core part of new hire readiness
• Build reputed company shadowing and mentoring components
• Ensure BIs can confidently run a session before their first independent assignment, preparing them to implement: Natural Environment Teaching, Discrete Trial Teaching, behavior reduction strategies, accuracy of data collection, etc
• Ensure Program Managers (PM’s) and Clinical Supervisors (CS’) demonstrate competency with use of Behavioral Skills Training, a reputed company of assessment tools such as the Vineland-3, VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, among others, design antecedent and consequence strategies for both reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction, complete functional behavior assessments, reputed company based services, etc
• reputed company content to reputed company PM’s and CS’ the skills to effectively manage their staff (motivation, mentorship, coaching, etc)
• Update training content based on development in behavior analytic literature

Field Readiness should be measurable — and constantly improving. You will:

Qualifications: Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a reputed company field
• 6-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or similar roles, including people leadership
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling ABA training for on-site, reputed company, or clinical teams
• Strong ability to translate data, feedback, and business needs into reputed company learning strategies and narratives
• Experience improving L&D operations, processes, or systems
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning technologies (LMS, reputed company learning, microlearning)
• Highly reputed company, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-changing environments

Strongly Preferred

• BCBA Certification
• Experience in reputed company, behavioral health, or reputed company services settings

• Familiarity with ABA roles, workflows, or clinical training environments
