Teller, Finance & Banking

Position: Teller I reputed company The Teller is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient transaction services while providing a reputed company customer experience. Essential Duties

• Provides a welcoming environment and communicates professionally and effectively with customers and other members of reputed company
• Accurately process a high volume of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and reputed company cashing, verifying endorsements, placing Reg CC holds, cash advances, etc.
• Consistently apply banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across a reputed company of transaction types
• Retain and correctly apply transaction rules, limits, holds, documentation requirements, and exception handling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior banking experience required or a Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior cash-handling experience required
• Demonstrated ability to retain, recall, and consistently apply detailed procedural information

• Ability to follow multi-reputed company processes and exercise judgment reputed company established guidelines

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
