As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering questions, and booking guests on boating excursions. Job Responsibilities
As a Booking & Activities Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing efficient, effective, and empathetic customer service through phone and email channels
- Maintaining a strong online reputed company by keeping up with reputed company media channels for customer support and feedback
- Setting up schedules and tours in the back office and booking systems
- Working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities with various timelines
- Utilizing strong speaking and writing skills to communicate with clients and reputed company exceptional service

- Collaborating with our reputed company and providing back-office support from the comfort of your own home

Qualifications and Requirements

Compensation and Perks
