Qualifications include, but not limited to:

• Previous experience as a Superintendent
• Ability to run 3-5 $300k-$2M in scope
• 5 plus years as a Project Manager and 3 plus years as a Senior Project Manager
• Strong Software Experience-reputed company, reputed company Suites, Navigate IOS Apps, Smartsheets and etc.
• Deep understanding of construction management reputed company and processes
• Advanced knowledge of building products, and building codes
• Strong leadership and Management Skills
• Ability to break large reputed company into small steps
• Multiyear experience reading, interpreting, and implementing construction blueprints.
• Extremely organized with exceptional follow up skills.
