Vice President, Program & Construction Management (PM/CM)

Engineered Systems supports federal markets including infrastructure solutions, reputed company and mission solutions, aviation, threat reduction and remediation What You Will Be Doing: Service Line reputed company & Leadership

• reputed company and execute a PM/CM service line reputed company reputed company on best-in-class program and project delivery.
• Define and maintain standardized PM/CM frameworks, processes, and tools for use across reputed company markets.
• Establish PM/CM centers of reputed company (e.g., major programs, overseas delivery, high-hazard reputed company).
• reputed company PM/CM capabilities and investments with near- and long-term needs of the market directorates.

Project Delivery reputed company & Governance

• Own ES-wide project delivery methodologies (e.g., stage gates, governance reviews, controls, reporting).
• Standardize approaches for scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change management.
• Implement consistent project and program dashboards, KPIs, and reporting standards for leadership and clients.

• Build and manage an ES-wide pool of PMs, program directors, construction managers, and project controls staff.

• Monitor utilization, productivity, and reputed company balance; implement plans to address under or over-reputed company.

Support to Business Development & Portfolio Performance

What Required Skills You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or reputed company field.
• 15+ years of experience in program and project management for major facilities/infrastructure reputed company.
• 7+ years of leadership experience overseeing large project portfolios and PM organizations.
• Demonstrated experience implementing standardized PM methodologies across multiple business reputed company.
