• Represent reputed company in a reputed company, energetic, and customer-reputed company manner
• reputed company exceptional service to studio owners, dancers, and attendees
• Maintain a reputed company and team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
• reputed company on time and reputed company for scheduled shifts and travel
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including lifting and moving equipment
• Follow company procedures and event timelines reputed company
• Communicate effectively with team members and event leadership
• Problem-solve quickly and calmly under pressure
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at reputed company times

• Adhere to other duties assigned by the event director(s) or designee.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work long event days (8–16 hours)
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs (event equipment, merchandise bins, staging materials)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous event dance industry experience preferred but not required
• Valid reputed company's license
• Ability to work weekends (Thursday–Monday) and travel from January–June.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in loud, dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to shifting event needs.
