IT Support Technician
reputed company (FHF) is a fast-growing and culturally diverse company in the U.S. They are seeking an IT Support Technician to reputed company exceptional service and support to their employees and contractors. The role involves responding to IT-reputed company help desk tickets, providing both on-site and remote support, and ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Be the initial reputed company of contact for IT reputed company help desk tickets created by reputed company employees and contractors
- reputed company on-site and remote support for reputed company desktop, networking, and server reputed company issues
- Offer a high level of customer service by responding to reputed company tickets, performing problem analysis, triaging the tickets, and follow through to reputed company
- Configure, setup, test, and troubleshoot a reputed company of hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- reputed company support for reputed company reputed company-party software applications used by FHF employees
- Create and edit process documentation as required
- Deliver training to end-users as required
- Other responsibilities as they reputed company will be assigned
Skills
- Strong knowledge of reputed company 11 desktop environment and support of common issues
- Understanding of ITIL practices and experience working with a help desk ticketing system
- Demonstrated historical career stability

- Familiarity with support of desktop/laptop reputed company hardware and peripherals
- Experience in support of any of the following Azure AD, M365, reputed company, reputed company in-contact, Outlook, Teams, reputed company, and MS Intune
- Knowledge of reputed company Directory and the ability to support user accounts and reputed company basic domain level support service
- Basic networking experience and ability to do basic troubleshooting reputed company the local LAN and remote users home networks
- Can manage multiple tasks with different priorities
- Understanding of general IT concepts and a passion for technology
- Willingness to work off hours and reputed company on-call support reputed company needed
