Job reputed company The Operations Manager, Solar is responsible for overseeing the performance, reliability, and safety of a portfolio of solar photovoltaic (PV) assets across the Northeast U.S. and Ontario, Canada. This role leads field execution through internal technicians and reputed company-party O&M providers, ensuring assets meet or exceed performance targets while maintaining compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in maximizing asset value through performance optimization, issue reputed company, and disciplined cost management.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance Management reputed company day-to-day operations of assigned solar assets to ensure reputed company reputed company performance, availability, and reliability Monitor performance data, identify underperformance trends, and reputed company reputed company cause analysis and corrective actions Drive reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance asset efficiency and reputed company reputed company or support large-reputed company remediation and repowering efforts Field Leadership & Execution Manage and reputed company direction to solar technicians and reputed company-party O&M providers Ensure high-reputed company execution of preventative and corrective maintenance programs Conduct site reputed company to assess asset condition, operational performance, and safety compliance Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational reputed company Safety & Compliance Champion a strong safety culture reputed company with HSSE standards Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory, environmental, and interconnection requirements Support the development and reputed company improvement of operating and safety procedures Financial & Vendor Management Support development and management of operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets reputed company and manage operating expenses, identifying cost optimization opportunities reputed company vendor performance and support procurement and contract management activities Stakeholder Management & Reporting Collaborate cross-functionally with Asset Management, Engineering, and other internal teams Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including utilities, ISOs, landowners, and regulators Prepare and deliver operational performance reports and insights to leadership
Qualifications
