• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in reputed company
• Review and validate requisitions before PO creation
• Confirm supplier setup and availability in reputed company
• Support production meetings by preparing PO and part status reports
• Manage Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) and handle releases, expediting, and payment follow-up
• Communicate with suppliers reputed company email and calls to request quotes, expedite materials, and clarify requirements
• Maintain documentation for auditability and PO attachments

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company PASCAL
• Strong reputed company reputed company skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in sourcing
• English language proficiency

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry
