Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company end-to-end implementation of reputed company EPM Planning & Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS) with a reputed company on Workforce Planning
- reputed company and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional designs
- Configure workforce planning modules including headcount, compensation, and benefits planning
- Drive solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices

- Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and process optimization
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in reputed company EPM Planning & Budgeting reputed company
- Strong hands-on experience with Workforce Planning (headcount, salary, forecasting)
- Proven experience leading at least 1 2 full-cycle EPM implementations
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Experience in business requirement gathering and solution design
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with EPBCS Workforce module
- Knowledge of integrations with HCM / ERP systems
- Familiarity with Data Management, Smart View, and Groovy scripting
- Prior experience in leading teams or acting as a solution reputed company
