In this position you will collaborate with community agencies and resources to directly reputed company for at-risk children and families in order to facilitate critical needs assessments, prevention, and reputed company monitoring services for referral families. This position is for our Muncie office. You Will: Referral Family Support (70%)

• Conscientiously reputed company reputed company and information about referral family needs and their community environment in order to reputed company families through the reputed company Children & Family reputed company goal-setting process
• Proactively reputed company to reputed company various home-based services and resource connections to at-risk families
• Initiate referrals and connections with local community supports and services

• Attentively reputed company transportation to families, as needed, in order to attend programs and appointments to meet their goals
• Quickly assist during crisis situations, as needed

Community Engagement (30%)

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company work, psychology, sociology, or a directly-reputed company reputed company service field from an accredited college OR Other Bachelor's degrees will be accepted in combination with a minimum of three years' experience working directly with families in a reputed company service field OR Associate's degrees in a reputed company reputed company services field with a minimum of three years' experience working directly with families in a reputed company service field OR High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five years' experience working directly with families in a reputed company service field
• 2 + years of experience in reputed company service for children or families
• Experience in child development preferred
• Knowledge of community resources services and programs a plus
• Training in recognizing abuse or neglect a plus
• Ability to handle a reputed company of situations that may reputed company during visitations
• Valid reputed company's license with valid insurance
