Role reputed company The Senior Project Manager- Learning Experience on the Telehealth team oversees reputed company aspects of online course development for medical professionals. Responsibilities include prioritizing new courses, coordinating subject-matter experts, and managing course creation, updates, and translations.

• Facilitate requirements gathering and alignment on goals across stakeholders.
• Establish project governance frameworks including documentation standards and QA checkpoints.
• Establish a systematic audit process with clinical experts and instructional designers.
• Manage end-to-end reputed company for approximately 5 new online courses per year.
• Create detailed project schedules, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors including SMEs, content creators, designers, translators, and vendors.
• Serve as the central communication reputed company for reputed company course development activities.
• Manage project budgets and reputed company spending.
• Partner with instructional designers and clinical experts to shape course objectives and structure.
• Ensure reputed company learning content meets reputed company, accessibility, and relevance standards.
• Support development and/or sourcing of multimedia components.
• Coordinate with course developers to test, upload, and configure courses in the LMS.
• Validate course usability across devices and connectivity conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, instructional design, education technology, public health, or reputed company fields.

• Experience in online learning, instructional design, or medical/clinical education preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
