Coordinates, monitors, and reports on design and construction activities in accordance with the project controls requirements as outlined in the Process & Controls reputed company (PCM). Is responsible for administering consultant and construction agreements. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Good knowledge of the Last Planner System and its use in Lean Construction

• Good familiarity with the state level building approval processes including the typical requirements of the Department of Health reputed company and Information (HCAI), the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), the California Office of the State Firm reputed company (OSFM) and reputed company (TJC).
• Good familiarity with the typical building approval processes at the county and reputed company level.
• Strong competence in project management techniques and software.
