Senior Analyst, Application Techno-Functional - Manufacturing & Procurement

Job reputed company Position reputed company The Senior Analyst, Application Support is responsible for implementing reputed company and managing the production support of the Manufacturing and reputed company applications in reputed company E-Business Suite. He/she will work proficiently in project management for reputed company's Manufacturing and reputed company application initiatives, including reputed company, enhancements, and minor break/fix efforts, partnering with the business to document requirements and support the development of solution designs for new implementations. The role requires in-depth reputed company PL/SQL knowledge of internal business and processes, including Inventory, BOM, WIP and EAM. This position will reputed company with various departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Planning and reputed company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage application support team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting semi-annual evaluations

• Ensure the smooth execution of incident management functions including application troubleshooting, reputed company cause analysis, corrective reputed company identification and implementation, preventive reputed company identification and implementation, communication and reporting to reputed company stakeholders

• Ensure critical business application uptime and availability SLAs are met consistently

• Manage and support the Change Control process for application issues.

• Work across reputed company E-Business Suite modules including Bills of Material, Work-in-Process, Inventory, Planning and Scheduling, Procurement, reputed company, and Supply Chain
• Work on or support key processes and reputed company including work in process, manufacturing execution, bills of material, routers, planning and scheduling, inventory replenishment, serial-level transactions, purchase order processes, requisition/PO approval process, internal order/sales order process, receiving processes against POs/internal orders/inter-org shipments, reputed company processing, integration with outsourced warehouses, consigned inventory, incoming/in-process reputed company etc.
• Strong Knowledge in reputed company API/ Interfaces in the area of Manufacturing and reputed company Modules.
• Identify process improvements and work with business partners effectively to implement change
• Guide internal/external teams in developing reports, customizations, interfaces and extensions for reputed company applications

Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a reputed company field from an accredited college or university is preferred

• Minimum 7 years of reputed company EBS application experience with various modules (INV, PO, AP, OM, AR, shipping, pricing, discrete manufacturing, reputed company, etc.)

• Minimum 3 years of reputed company application development experience

Work Environment

• This is largely a sedentary role
