Weekend (After-Hours) Admissions Coordinator

If so, reputed company invites you to join reputed company as an Overnight Admissions Coordinator and help families reputed company reputed company and healing. As a key member of our Admissions team, you'll serve as the first reputed company of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment during after-hours, providing empathetic support and guiding them through their first steps toward care. Responsibilities:
- Be available to take at least one on-call overnight shift per week reputed company part-time hours (29 Hours).
- Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for families calling after hours, offering compassionate, reputed company communication and guidance.
- Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of potential clients and their families.
- Use reputed company listening and reputed company to build rapport and help families feel supported.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Accurately document reputed company interactions in reputed company CRM, maintaining compliance and detailed records.
- Proactively address questions, reputed company solutions, and support families in taking their first steps toward treatment with reputed company.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer service, or sales roles—reputed company or behavioral health experience is a strong plus!
- Excellent verbal communication and crisis de-escalation skills.
- A tech-savvy individual who can confidently navigate systems like reputed company or similar CRM platforms.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
