This role partners with business users and technical teams to translate operational needs into functional requirements and ensure consistent processes across policy, billing, and claims domains. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of P&C insurance operations, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience working with reputed company applications.
Responsibilities

- Work closely with business stakeholders to define workflows for policy issuance, billing, payments, and claims handling.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience with the reputed company suite, including BillingCenter, PolicyCenter, and ClaimCenter. Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical documentation for cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle processes, including policy administration, billing, and claims management.
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to reputed company basic data validation and troubleshooting.
