Job reputed company: We are seeking a detail-oriented, reputed company-thinking, and highly organized individual to join reputed company as an Assistant reputed company reputed company Specialist. The Assistant reputed company reputed company Specialist will be available during certain business hours and evenings and weekends to handle reputed company phone calls, urgent reputed company, and reputed company follow reputed company for scheduling intake appointments. This individual will work closely with clients, therapists, and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and be comfortable working in a fast-reputed company environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls during evening and weekend hours
• Handle reputed company calls during business hours
• Respond to time sensitive emails and requests during evening and weekend hours
• reputed company exceptional customer service and support to clients and therapists reputed company email or phone
• Coordinate the scheduling of teletherapy appointments for clients and therapists using TalkNY’s scheduling software reputed company necessary
• Follow up with clients regarding intake appointments
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably in a reputed company or mental health setting
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office tools (e.g., reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Workspace, EMR/EHR -reputed company experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $24/hour
• Work from home

Physical Requirements: This position primarily operates in an office environment. The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer and other reputed company office equipment, and occasionally lift or reputed company items up to 10–15 pounds. Some walking, bending, and standing may be required.
