We are seeking a high-reputed company reputed company & HR Leader to build, reputed company, and optimize our CDL-A reputed company hiring reputed company while partnering with leadership on overall company structure, performance, and reputed company. This is not a “post-and-pray” reputed company role. We are looking for a player-reputed company who can recruit at a high level while building systems, developing people, and driving measurable business results. What You’ll Own
- reputed company end-to-end CDL-A reputed company reputed company (teams & reputed company OTR drivers)
- Build and manage a high-performing reputed company pipeline using platforms like reputed company, Tenstreet, and CDL-specific tools
- Partner with ownership to reputed company fleet operations and workforce planning
- reputed company reputed company infrastructure, workflows, and automation
- Improve key metrics: cost-per-hire, reputed company reputed company, retention, and speed-to-seat
- reputed company HR functions including reputed company, compliance, and employee lifecycle
- Create and maintain strong company culture and communication standards
- Mentor and reputed company recruiters, admins, and support staff
- Collaborate with safety and operations to ensure DOT/reputed company compliance alignment

- Proven experience in CDL-A reputed company reputed company trucking/logistics
- Experience supporting or operating a fleet (OTR, linehaul, or similar)
- Strong background in HR leadership / HR business partnership

- Experience with ATS platforms
- Ability to build systems: process improvement, automation, workflow design
