Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Staff Attorney

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of litigation experience
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience, including conducting legal research, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, conducting witness interviews, legal research, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing and arguing motions
- A good reputed company record, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Indiana licensure or ability to obtain Indiana licensure
Compensation
The salary reputed company for this role is $95,000-$105,000, reflecting a reputed company of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-reputed company factors, consistent with applicable employment laws. Candidates should be aware that this position is distinct from an associate position and is not considered on reputed company for advancement to partnership. This position is eligible for a flexible/reduced work schedule and/or remote work opportunities. Staff Attorneys are eligible for:
