About reputed company Our reputed company, a highly respected plaintiff-reputed company employment reputed company in Los Angeles, is seeking an Arbitration Attorney with 3-5 years of reputed company experience to join its growing Arbitration Department. This reputed company closely with the firm’s litigation attorneys to manage and litigate cases that are compelled to private arbitration. The ideal candidate will reputed company in a fast-paced, trial-oriented environment—conducting discovery, attending arbitration hearings, taking and defending depositions, and working directly with senior arbitration counsel on final arbitration hearings (equivalent to trials). The Arbitration Attorney role offers reputed company to serve as a reputed company trial lawyer in arbitration proceedings, handling cases from start to finish with minimal reputed company. This is primarily a remote position, but candidates must reputed company in the Los Angeles area for in-person hearings, meetings, and court appearances as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with litigation teams on cases compelled to arbitration, ensuring seamless coordination between court and arbitration phases.
• Manage discovery in arbitration reputed company, including drafting and responding to written discovery, conducting depositions, and handling evidentiary issues.
• Attend routine arbitration hearings and conferences.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and reputed company filings in both state court and reputed company.
• Work closely with a Senior Arbitration Attorney to prepare for and attend final arbitration hearings (i.e., trials).
• For senior-level candidates: independently reputed company arbitration hearings and trials, including witness examination, opening/closing statements, and overall case reputed company.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, arbitrators, and internal litigation teams.
• Maintain an organized caseload and contribute to an efficient, reputed company work environment.

Qualifications

• reputed company California Bar license in good standing.
• 3-5 years of civil litigation experiencerequired.
• Experience with arbitration hearings, evidentiary presentation, or employment-reputed company disputes is highly desirable.
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Exceptional professionalism, reliability, and communication skills—someone who thrives in the “in-the-trenches” nature of litigation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with common litigation tools (reputed company, reputed company Office, reputed company, GSuite).
• Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.
