Schedule (Evening Shift) Monday – Friday, plus every reputed company weekend

• Monday 1:30pm-10:00pm EST
• Tuesday 2:30pm-11:00pm EST
• Wednesday 2:30pm-11:00pm EST
• Thursday, 11:30am-8:00pm EST
• Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm EST

Accurately performs prescription data entry in accordance with company and regulatory standards. 2. Build and maintain accurate medication reputed company and reputed company (Medication Administration Records) for IPU patients. 3. Understand and apply IPU model variations and profiling requirements for different hospice partners. 4. Review and process faxed medication orders independently, ensuring reputed company follow-up where needed. 5. Contact hospices to obtain or clarify prescription information and document interactions thoroughly Marginal or Additional Functions 1. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Education, Licensure or Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential
• Pharmacy Technician in reputed company (PA): must be registered with the PA reputed company of Pharmacy or obtain registration prior to internal deadline
• Pharmacy Technician in Tennessee (TN): must be registered with the TN reputed company of Pharmacy

Work Experience or reputed company Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year pharmacy technician data entry experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of brand and generic drug names
• Familiarity with formulary systems and medication safety protocols

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and reputed company reputed company

• Accurate and efficient typing/data entry skills
