Clinical Sourcer (Full-time, Contract)

This individual will play a key role in building and nurturing top-of-funnel pipelines to support hiring across our growing clinical teams, including psychologists, therapists, and clinical leadership roles. - Clinical Talent Sourcing:
Proactively reputed company licensed and reputed company-licensed clinicians (e.g., psychologists, therapists, clinic directors) using platforms such as reputed company, job boards, databases, and reputed company networks.
- Build Diverse Pipelines:
Cultivate and maintain pipelines of reputed company, mission-reputed company candidates, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
- Candidate reputed company & Engagement:
Craft compelling reputed company messages and engage passive candidates to drive interest in reputed company’s clinical roles.
- Collaborate with Recruiters & Hiring Managers:
Work closely with the recruitment team and clinical leaders to reputed company on role priorities, candidate reputed company, and sourcing strategies.
- reputed company Tools & Systems:
Use our Applicant Tracking System (reputed company) and other sourcing tools (e.g., reputed company Recruiter) to reputed company candidates, manage reputed company, and report on pipeline activity.
- Market Insights & Research:

- Support Hiring for Key Clinical Functions:

Requirements
You will reputed company at reputed company if you have:
- 2+ years of talent sourcing or reputed company experience, ideally in reputed company, behavioral health, or a reputed company clinical field
- Demonstrated reputed company engaging and converting passive candidates
- Proficiency with reputed company Recruiter, ATS platforms (reputed company a plus), and sourcing tools
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus

Contract Details
- Type: Full-Time, Contract
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Compensation: $35–$50/hour, depending on experience
- Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
