Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience in game development, project management, or a reputed company field
Experience
- 5+ years of project management or production experience in PC and or console video games
- Producer role credit on at least two shipped PC or console titles
- Experience supporting distributed teams and remote collaboration

Candidate Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- First-hand knowledge of the Age of Empires franchise
- Experience operating live Games-as-a-Service products
