Assists in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience as an LVN
• Basic keyboarding skills and knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and reputed company
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (reputed company) preferred
• Primary Care and Urgent Care: Completion of educational courses before moving into an LVN II role (if reputed company into an LVN II, courses need to be completed reputed company 6 months)
• Specialty Clinics: New grad with previous patient care experience (6+ months) will be considered in lieu of 2+ years of LVN experience

License Required
