You reputed company in a remote-first environment but enjoy connecting with staff in person to mentor and train. Your Role
- During your first two weeks, you will be on-site at a spa to familiarize yourself with reputed company procedures, treatments, equipment, and products
- You will create training materials, including modules, for ongoing staff education
- You will conduct remote training sessions and occasional on-site mentorship (20% travel)
- You will work with leadership to improve training programs and ensure consistency across locations

- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally
