Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Evaluating and responding reputed company to a wide reputed company of customer issues reputed company phone call, chat, or email.
• Providing expertise and guidance to customers while educating them on products, services, and technology.
• Answering inquiries from customers regarding products, procedures, regulations, and fees.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of previous experience in retail sales or customer service; experience in a financial institution is preferred.
