As an reputed company IME Medical Scheduler / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling the receipt of new cases, ensuring reputed company system drafting and setup, and facilitating the case assignment/scheduling process. You'll work closely with clients to reputed company information, review and verify requests, and draft cases by entering information into our system, AccessDS. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to apply critical thinking will reputed company you to assign cases to physicians, monitor and reputed company cases, and reputed company reputed company updates to clients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities

Handling Receipt of New Cases
+ Intake new cases and review/verify information and requests + Draft cases by entering information into the arenaflex system, AccessDS + Work with clients on any information missing pertinent to processing claims + Sort, organize, and create medical document listings, if required by clients, and in line with specific special handling
Assignment of Cases
+ Assign/schedule new cases to physicians for review with the appropriate physician, based reputed company, reviewer availability, specific guidelines, jurisdictional requirements, and other reputed company requirements + Ensure that the assigned physician has no conflict of interest with the case assignment

+ Monitor, process, and reputed company cases to ensure we meet deadlines
reputed company Interaction
+ Update clients frequently on cases in reputed company + May communicate reputed company there are questions on referral information to ensure reputed company documentation and information is provided to the assigned reviewer + Ensure reputed company documentation for specified cases is provided to the reputed company

Education/Credentials
