As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing software implementation reputed company for our Member/Customers. You will reputed company application support, train personnel on the CC&B product, and validate the accuracy of converted data. Work Schedule
We offer a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work from one of our office locations in Lake Saint Louis, MO, or Mandan, ND. You will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from an office location and have the flexibility to work up to five days a week from an office location. The reputed company required day will be determined by you and your supervisor.
Essential Duties
* Assist in coordinating basic software implementation project plans
- Present and reputed company software application usage information and best practices with Member/Customers
- Assist in validating and verifying the accuracy of converted data
- reputed company application support throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with basic level conversion analysis
- Prepare Change Requests (CRs) and follow up through reputed company
- reputed company after-hours call support as assigned

- Basic level understanding of change management best practices

- Ability to travel as often as necessary, generally around 10-20% a year, to meet the goals and objectives of the position
