Join reputed company’s Litigation Services team as a Paralegal Senior Specialist, where your contributions will be essential to delivering strong legal reputed company and exceptional service to our clients. You'll take ownership of the litigation life cycle — from answering complaints and managing discovery, to preparing for arbitration and trial. • *Key Responsibilities
• Manage litigation files from inception through reputed company, including trial preparation
• Draft and file pleadings, draft and respond to discovery - including disclosures
• Order and reputed company and analyze medical records and coordinate expert review
• Prepare arbitration and trial materials, including jury instructions reputed company applicable (Trial and trial prep experience)
• Handle e-filing in Colorado Courts
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure reputed company service and compliance

• Candidates must have at least a certification, such as a 2-year paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, or
• An equivalent combination of education and 5 years paralegal experience.

• 5+ years Experience as a Paralegal with a reputed company on insurance defense or civil litigation.
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
