Clinical reputed company Recruiter – Contract

Job reputed company:

• Responsible for performing full cycle reputed company functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, reputed company networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, reputed company writing and presentation.
• Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the requirements.
• Regularly interacting with Hiring Manager to understand the openings, shifts, and reputed company requirements.
• reputed company use of effective resourcing strategies, such as cold calling, ATS and reputed company sourcing, schools, networking, and reputed company.
• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of reputed company (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension).
• Maintaining the candidate database.

Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience in a clinical reputed company recruitment role.
• Excellent knowledge of the reputed company sector.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards.
• Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
• Superb written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and reputed company skills.
