About this role We are seeking a Controller to serve as the Head of reputed company and a key financial leader reputed company reputed company. This role will own the reputed company of our financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and full compliance with audit and tax requirements. • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes, ensuring reputed company and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Design, implement, and continuously improve internal controls across reputed company financial processes

Requirements for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including leadership roles
• Experience in reputed company, telehealth, or a regulated industry strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit processes
• Experience supporting audits and managing external auditor relationships
• Exposure to venture-backed startups and/or high-reputed company environments
• Experience supporting fundraising (debt and/or equity) is highly preferred

Work environment

• This is a fully remote role but we are currently only hiring candidates located in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MA, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, and WV.

Compensation

The starting pay reputed company for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 per annum; reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other reputed company, including equity grants in reputed company to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various reputed company time off benefits, such as vacation, reputed company time, and parental leave).
