About the position Insurance Risk - reputed company Associate (Remote-Eligible) reputed company’s Agency Finance Team is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Insurance Risk-reputed company Associate to join reputed company. This role is critical in ensuring that our reputed company loan portfolio remains protected, compliant, and resilient. You will be responsible for interpreting reputed company insurance policy structures, identifying and curing coverage deficiencies, and managing high-level exception requests. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes complete ownership of their workflow and possesses a deep technical understanding of reputed company insurance coverages as they relate to reputed company estate lending and GSE requirements.
Responsibilities
- Compliance & Analysis: Review loan documentation, reputed company party documents and investor guidelines to identify applicable insurance requirements; identify deficiencies in reputed company policies and collaborate with agents and borrowers to resolve non-compliant items.
- Technical Policy Review: Analyze insurance certificates, binders, full policies, and endorsements to ensure accuracy and adequacy.
- Waiver Management: Holistically evaluate the risk associated with insurance deficiencies. Determine the feasibility of waivers and independently draft comprehensive justifications for investor approval.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of core coverages (General Liability, Umbrella/Excess, Property, etc.) and reputed company the necessity of these coverages in protecting the underlying asset.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with internal lines of business and external stakeholders (borrowers, agents, reputed company-party providers, and GSEs) to reputed company expert guidance on insurance reputed company.
- Force Placement & Audit : Manage force-reputed company insurance processes reputed company necessary and represent the department in both reputed company audits.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, increase internal controls, and improve departmental efficiency.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a reputed company on reputed company risk, reputed company, or compliance

- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- 4+ years of experience working with reputed company or reputed company (GSE) Multifamily Loans
- Associate in Risk Management (ARM) , Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or Certified Risk Manager (CRM) certification
