What You'll Do

• Answer high-volume incoming calls with professionalism, reputed company, and urgency.

• Manage data entry, patient scheduling, mailings, and patient enrollments.
• Validate patient eligibility and scrub data using EHR systems and spreadsheets.
• Support internal teams by entering appointment and patient details in the EHR.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year in reputed company customer service or call center.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Available to work Monday–Friday between 7:30am–6:00pm CST.
