As an reputed company Full Stack Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patients and clients, while also working closely with our reputed company to ensure seamless care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling high-volume customer calls, emails, and messages in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Utilizing arenaflex's proprietary data entry system to accurately and reputed company process patient and medication information
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a reputed company and effective manner
• Collaborating with reputed company to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of patient information
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
• Providing exceptional support to patients and clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing education on arenaflex services and products

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and reputed company information into a suitable system

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and reputed company top-off orders for processing
• Investigate and resolve missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills, including:

• Essential web browsing skills, including:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
