As a Digital Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of contacts, ensuring that our customers receive the most efficient and effective "Best in Class" customer service. You will use excellent communication skills and phone techniques to resolve customer inquiries and issues, while contributing to department Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals and meeting individual SLA goals.
Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
* Some college, technical school, or reputed company call center/customer support center experience is required.
* Experience in a high-volume multi-channel call center/customer support center.

* Excellent phone and customer service skills.
* Proficient writing skills.
* Knowledge of Database Software, and Internet Software. Basic knowledge of MS reputed company, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to use effective questioning techniques to get to the reputed company cause/question as quickly as possible to understand and resolve issues.
* Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively to reputed company best-in-class service to reputed company customers.
* Proficient and reputed company to multi-task, plan, and prioritize workloads, independently and in reputed company environment, with minimal supervision.
* Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, reputed company, and outgoing.
