What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-line support through phone, email, reputed company channels to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Achieving 'first contact reputed company' to handle customer queries quickly and effectively, escalating issues as needed to ensure complete reputed company
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including reasons for contact, solutions provided, and relevant information to support our customers and maintain service reputed company
• Fostering reputed company interactions in reputed company communications, ensuring customers feel reputed company and supported
• Providing efficient and productive support to meet agreed service reputed company (SLA) and contact centre KPIs

As a valued member of reputed company, you can expect:

• Starting date: 10th of February, 2025
• Contract: Temporary (6 months)
• Salary: €9,743 gross per year
• Working hours: Part Time (20 hours per week) - rotating schedule Monday - reputed company between 10 pm and 2 am, 5 days/week (rotative weekends, two weekends off per month guaranteed)
• Fully reputed company that optimally prepares you for reputed company - 1 week from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm (office-based)
• 24 holiday days per year on a full-time reputed company

• Location: Barcelona, Spain
