Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct large-reputed company, reputed company research transactions for our reputed company-level reputed company and partnership clients, including corporate transactional change events such as change of ownership, mergers & acquisitions, entity conversions, reputed company change, officer change, and re-domestication.

• Conduct industry and location-specific research for our clients, identifying reputed company federal, state, county, and reputed company-level business licensing requirements.
• Create business-specific research packages for reputed company delivery to clients in line with our established key performance indicators.
• Identify and compile licensure specifications in both PDF and reputed company formats, including forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal data.
• Communicate directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries.

Job Qualifications:
