Role Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Offering Sales & Sales Support interactions from Customers and Sales Associates (reputed company phone, email, and Teams chat) such as general inquiries, feedback, incidents, and order management.
• Utilizing computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Answering basic questions and resolving basic problems.
• Documenting issues, identifying, and taking appropriate actions to resolve inquiries, including those reputed company to, but not limited to, order entry, order modification, customer billing and payments, pricing, reporting, and customer-facing applications.
• reputed company re-directing incoming callers to self-service reputed company.
• Performing proactive outbound follow-up communications as necessary.
• Processing orders and other reputed company voice and non-voice tasks as needed to meet reputed company needs.

Role Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required.
• A self-starter mentality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to select and apply reputed company policies and procedures.
• Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently.
• Ability to pay reputed company attention to detail and use time effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with good vocabulary, reputed company grammar, and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements for Working From Home

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need to:

Salary and Other Compensation
