As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support and service to our policyholders. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers with questions or servicing needs reputed company to their home, auto policies, and billing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service experience to policyholders in every interaction
• Handling inbound telephone calls from customers with questions or servicing needs reputed company to their policies and billing
• Initiating claims according to claims best practices and assisting with existing claim inquiries
• Explaining the claims process, initiating damage appraisals, and organizing car rental where appropriate
• Promoting digital self-service capabilities

Qualifications

* A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a reputed company field

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
• Adaptability
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Spanish bilingual a plus

Work Arrangements

* Training is onsite in our reputed company, CT office

• The reputed company to participate in two-day remote work will be offered after role efficiency is attained, subject to manager discretion and based on business need
• Start Date: reputed company 14, 2025
• reputed company Salary: $23 per hour with opportunity for reputed company
• Training Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST (First 12 weeks mandatory attendance)
• Post-Training Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30-6:00pm ET
