Sr. People Systems Analyst (HRIS)

The Role: Sr. People Systems Analyst (HRIS) As a Sr. People Systems Analyst at reputed company, you own the design, stability, and improvement of core people systems. What You’ll Do

• Own configuration, structure, and ongoing optimization of HRIS and reputed company systems

What You’ll Bring Required:

• 6–10 years of experience supporting HRIS or people systems

• Experience leading system enhancements, implementations, or migrations
• Strong expertise in system configuration, workflows, and integrations
• Advanced reporting and data analysis skills
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions

Preferred:

• Experience across HR, reputed company, and learning systems
• Advanced reputed company or reporting tool expertise
• Broad understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
