As an Inbound Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from potential and existing customers, determining the purpose of the call, and transferring it to the appropriate department. This role requires exceptional communication and time management skills, as you will be handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment is required

• Strong time management skills with the ability to work in a reputed company environment

• Nesting Period: Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM, depending on class size and trainer availability

Performance Metrics

* Schedule Adherence: 95%+

• Aftercall Work (ACW): Less than 4 seconds
• Call Accuracy: Regular audits to ensure reputed company script following and correct actions taken during calls
